All 1987 Hillside High School graduates are members of our alumni organization. We welcome and encourage you to become an active member by engaging in class activities and by paying your annual class dues.
Activate your membership by paying your $87 annual class dues. The use of annual dues may include, but not be limited to, the development, maintenance, and moderating of digital media to facilitate alumni relations and keep the body informed; the occasional underwriting of partial or entire event costs and deposits; supporting the efforts of our class committees; and general operating expenses, such as, printing, equipment rental, and professional services and fees.
Benefits of active membership include access to our online community forum, free attendance to our networking opportunities, and access to our shared photo gallery. Additionally, high levels of alumni participation may influence donors to support us as we work to support our Alma mater.

We C.A.R.E.
The We Care (We - Compassionate and Reaching Efforts) Committee is dedicated to supporting classmates facing illness, loss, or grief involving themselves or immediate family (spouse, parent, or child). The team coordinates sympathy gestures and Resolutions of Respect, when appropriate. In addition, We Care organizes outreach efforts benefiting Hillside High School and the surrounding community, encouraging class involvement in meaningful causes.
Scholarship Committee
The Scholarship Committee helps promote, recruit, and fairly select high school students for annual scholarship awards. Members use their experiences and perspectives to review applications with care and fairness. The committee recommends the scholarship amount each year, discusses the budget and guidelines, and submits plans to the Executive Committee for approval. An Executive Committee member may serve on the committee but will not lead it.
Fundraising Team
The Fundraising Team is responsible for planning and executing creative, effective events and campaigns that support the financial goals of the Class of ’87. Members are expected to bring energy, ideas, and teamwork to help raise funds that benefit our classmates, scholarships, and community outreach. Team members will: • Collaborate on event planning and promotion • Help set realistic fundraising goals • Track progress and report results • Ensure transparency and accountability in all efforts Together, we build momentum—and impact.
